Passports

Annika and Axel got their Danish passports yesterday. A big day for mom (I have always wanted to carry an EU passport myself!) and Far (he can officially say his children are Danish now!) I am so happy that they will have options - especially these days.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great visit from Suzanne and her "friend", Tom, from Seattle. Ice Cream was a highlight and Suzanne even gave it to Annika for breakfast. Wait until she has kids and I come visiting! She also gave Annika a very pretty princess dress that has been worn for 5 days straight. With a little coaxing she did not wear it to school today. Oh, and Axel was as easy as always.

And so it begins

After feeling the guilt from the lack of baby journal for both Annika and Axel - as well as the geographical isolation from most family and friends, I have decided to start a blog. Not promising daily updates, but hopefully this will give you some insight into our day to day life and let you watch Annika and Axel grow.
