Trolls and Beauty and the Beast

Annika had her first school "play" this weekend - she played the little goat in The Billy Goat Gruff. It was the end of their "troll" theme at school, so we all had to dress up as Trolls for the party and performance. Morten got very into character, and Annika has a future in theater (at least in Danish!)

And, Annika saw her first musical with friends Aura and Delilah at The San Francisco High School for the Arts. They managed to get through the scary parts by holding hands, and they got to meet Belle after the performance - JOY!

Last weekend was beautiful - Annika and Axel did a pretty good job on the trail, but enjoyed the free ride in the packs as well!

Morten made me do it, Annika still has not had her haircut. I don't know what it is - but it was hard for me! We went to Morten's barber, the Russian ladies around the corner, who love the kids. The final results are a little uneven - as soon as Axel got fidgety, he was out of the chair.
